1/2 cup green split peas
2 cups of vegetable stock
1 cup (170g) frozen peas
Fresh mint tips
Salt and pepper

Cook split peas in stock until almost all stock has been absorbed.
Add frozen peas and heat for a few more minutes and roughly mash with a potato masher.
Add mint to serve.
