⅓ cup Five Grains or rolled oats
2 Madame Flavour Sultry Chai tea bags
¼ cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
½ mandarin, sliced
2 tsp ALPS Blend
1 tsp honey
seeds of quarter of pomegranate
Combine equal quantities of rolled oats, rolled rye, rolled barley, rolled spelt and rolled triticale. Store in an airtight container.
Bring one cup of water to the boil in a small saucepan and immerse teabags for 5 minutes, jiggling regularly to infuse.
Remove teabags, add grains, bring to a simmer and cook for 5-8 minutes or until water reduced and porridge has thickened
Serve with yoghurt, mandarin, pomegranate, ALPS and honey.
