
SERVES 1
1/2 cup rice noodles
1 ½ cups of frozen vegetables (cauli, carrots, broccoli etc )
40g grated low fat tasty cheese
1 tbs fresh chopped parsley
1 tbs ALPS Blend
Cook rice noodles as per packet instructions.
Heat vegetables in microwave or in a small non stick pan until defrosted.
Add cheese and ALPS and heat until cheese has melted.
Drain rice noodles, stir through vegetables and scatter with parsley.
