Take it from me, after many years experience, there is absolutely no magical way to lose weight and keep it off, other than making a healthy lifestyle a natural part of your life.

There are lots of products, gimmicks and trickery around to rob you of your hard-earned cash with promises to help you lose weight. Well, surprise surprise! None of them work. Maybe for a minute, but not for the rest of your life. And after all, that’s what we all want: a healthy life, free from illness, for a long time.

It’s really quite simple: eat real unprocessed foods, do some exercise and change your attitude. I know you’ve heard that before, but that’s what works, for life.

As you know from the Weigh It Up program, we advocate cooking your own meals.
