3 week challenge - question on quantities

I am starting week 1, day 1.  What is the quantity of soup I am supposed to eat for each meal?  I made the soup yesterday and loved it, but I can't see it being an unlimited quantity like the 8 week challenge soup was.

Re: 3 week challenge - question on quantities

The recipe usually tells you how many serves.  The red lentil, chickpea and sweet potato soup serves 10.  Julie's lazy soup serves 4.  I found I could get 6 serves from the lazy soup.  The servings are very generous.

Re: 3 week challenge - question on quantities

If you have a kitchen ladle, it's roughly 4 big scoops per serve, that always seems to work out pretty right for me and saves me having to measure each pot of soup out separately.

Re: 3 week challenge - question on quantities

Generally our soups are unlimited as they have so much vegetable.
But listen to your tummy, it will soon tell you when you've ha enough.
