What is the quantity of soup I am supposed to eat for each meal? I made the soup yesterday and loved it, but I can't see it being an unlimited quantity like the 8 week challenge soup was. |

The red lentil, chickpea and sweet potato soup serves 10. Julie's lazy soup serves 4. I found I could get 6 serves from the lazy soup. The servings are very generous. |
