I have looked on the web and found a site that listed the fat/sat fat contents of cheeses and it said per 100g food grams - Parmesan 17.30/Whole milk Mozzarella 13.15/Skim milk Mozzarella 12.67/Low fat Cheddar or Colby 4.34 ???? I WILL be looking at the Nutritional Information Table on the packet of all these cheeses when I go shopping (I have no cheese at the moment).
Cannot wait till I get to try this recipe, it really does sound nice!! Has anyone tried it yet?
