I recently joined a gym and that helped me lose another 2kgs (along with the challenge) in 2 weeks :) Asking the trainers for advice has helped a lot too. Good luck- you will get there! |

I know when I have a higher protein diet I lose better than having a higher carb diet so I am now watching the amount of carbs I eat as not all calories are equal I find. I am floating up and down 1-2kgs. Just can't get rid of the 75kgs range for good and have trouble staying in the 74kgs range. I guess if my body is in reconfigeration stage it is okay as it is winter and pehaps I am not quite as active as if it was summer when I would be busy with spring cleaning the house. People at the gym are noticing that I am losing weight even though I have been this weight for a while, they are just noticing it more now. Maybe the weight is in my muscle.I am happy with the way I am looking in my clothes but I just can't get to my new goal and I am so wanting to have a glass of red wine. LOL.. or go out for dinner... :( We are going to go out for a degustation on 6th Sept for our 43rd wedding anniversary so I would have like to get to goal so I can enjoy. Thanks fopr trying to help girls. I will just have to be patient. |

And finally ..... try getting 8 hours of sleep a night for 2 weeks.... let me know if any of these appeal! |
