Re: Winter challenge - the second 7 daysI was losing weight and got under 75kgs until the weekend and then put weight back on. :(
It is so hard to get below 75kgs and staying under. Maybe I need to cut back on portions at the end of the week when the menu plan seems to have more carbs.

Re: Winter challenge - the second 7 daysHi Guys,
Well done on your weight loss in week 1. Very exciting to hear that you are on your way to reaching your goal after week one.
Chez, each day is designed to help you lose weight. The days are calculated based on calories and each day is designed to help you lose weight. We advise you not to alter the menu plan as you will not be consuming enough calories. Stick to it. If you are weighing yourself daily you will see tiny changes which may be due to hormones and fluid and not necessarily "fat loss".
Stick to it and you will be below 75kg in no time.
Good luck with week 2.

Re: Winter challenge - the second 7 daysLast week was only .1 loss - but better than I expected as I am not at work and out of my routine.

Re: Winter challenge - the second 7 daysWell done guys, I had a great first week too :) Had a few slip ups but still managed to loose 1.3kgs.
Hayley, could you please confirm that breakfast on Day 4/Week 2 is correct on the meal plan? Grapefruit, 2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast seems like a lot compared to the previous 2 eggs, 1 toast. Is the rest of Day 4 a bit lower in calories than usual? Thanks :)
