It allows you to put food in it in the morning, heat it up and it stays warm til lunch time. It comes with a little foldable spoon that goes in the lid of the container.I wouldn't say the food stays hot, but it stays warm. Just an idea, it makes eating hot meals easier when there's no microwave available at lunch time. I use it every day. |

Now i just want to know if the snacks change at all because after a while they seem to get a bit boring having veges dip, or muffins or berries and yoghurt. Has anyone got any suggestions i would apprecitate . I love weigh it up and am follwing the current menu plan. Is there a new autmn one coming out soon? |

If you wish to mix it up simply search snacks (http://www.weighitup.com.au/snacks?Full=recipes&Search=&Page=1) and opt for snacks between 100-150 calories or 150-200 calories depending on your weight loss goals.
