tracey posts: 50 (#83024) posted: 18 Jul, 2012 09:15:13 AM | Re: Fitness feedbackhey Emthanks for the workout and yay for me yes after weeks of procrastination and not starting or finishing i jumped on this week and did the week 1, (so i'm a week behind but ah well) was very surprised at my fitness level after so long and i'm not as sore as i thought i would be, i also did all the reps /mins that i was supposed to, feeling really good and will be going for a walk/jog tonight. i am so pumped that i actually did it after promising and failing for so long |
