I have tried many other sugar substitutes and found this to be the best for us. We have had no side effects at all. I suspect people who have problems may use too much, whereas we have cut right down on sweet treats and therefore use very little. I have also found it to be the best substitute when cooking. I had not heard of Rapadura, so have not tried it to date. |
