I have had 'good' days and 'bad', currently holding steady on the scales, no ups or downs. Weigh in Monday will tell how I'm really going. Thanks for the motivation, all, and Well Done Justine!!!! |

One day at a time until the new challenge. Will write down what I eat to keep honest... I had hoped to lose 6kgs by my birthday which ain't gunna happen but I guess I really wanted to fit into my winter clothes which I have achieved... Must take measurements so I can tell when the extra weight is muscle or bloating rather than fat |

At the moment I am still going down - and wore my first pair of size 12 jeans in over 10 years this week. The challenges just add a bit of extra motivation - and some yummy new food to try!Don't ever think I'll be borrowing your skinny jeans Justine!! |

I do sort of think its a bit hilarious that I am a size 8 in my mid forties. I remember weighing 45 kilos in year 10 when I was 14 and not quite fully grown then was mainly size 10 or 12 in my 20's and 30's with a few unwelcome forays into size 14 - not pretty when you are short like me... but thankfully those days are gone for good! Its not easy but worth it... For once I will be heading into a new challenge in a reasonable state rather than "damage control battle stations" |

I was about 53 kilos and size 10 when I got married, 58 after my first 2 kids and then when I had Em the weight piled on - it was probably about the most stressful time in my life. I lost 20kg about 11 years ago but most of it found me again until I started doing MKC. I am so liking my new body and especially the reaction of people I haven't seen for a while. Mind you my boss hasn't said a thing.... |
