Hi Michelle,

All work and no play..... Sleep is very important.  I feel much better for getting 8 hours over my holidays.  Look after yourself, you are a real inspiration!

I am down to 6 hours average lately... aaaah and I really need 8, but kids school musicals and parents visiting and so many other things... I refuse to give up my 6am classes too as they are my me time but not surprised I am fighting off a cold

Thanks Maree... planning an early night and a big sleep in today/tomorrow.... and decided I was mad to get up at 5:30am after going to bed at midnight so slept in till 7am :)
Hope you get a sleep in too Michele.
