Re: Run, Run, 61.

Poor Michele, must admit my cold is persisting and was beginning to think perhaps I need to slow down.... I did sleep in this morning rather than go to my "Survivor" gym class but knew I was going for a run at lunch time today nd did feel much better after this!
I think I have figured out your 61! You are going to run (walk/run) 61 km in July!!!!
If I squeeze in one more run this month I will have clocked up over 80km - WOW I could run to Sydney in a year!

Re: Run, Run, 61.

Hi Justine

Yes theres no way im running atm - ive really crashed. Slept maybe 5 hours last night but was interrupted with the darned coughing. Off to the Docs today. We have had no sunshine here for days and that does not help!

My sister is in croatia atm and is sending lovely pix of where id rather be!

61 clicks in July eh? Nice challenge - Ill do my best - that would equate to 2 km/ day. Id need to get my metaphorical skates on lol!!

Well done on 80 km's - thats a great job! I admire you :-)

Re: Run, Run, 61.

Thankyou Justine, I wish you could too!

Dr says ear an sinus infection, so hopefully drugs will get me back on track (literally!) soon.

WOW Them is gooood sh!t!! I took a first (double) dose of the antibiotics (made me feel a bit sick) and I am already feeling better - if that makes sense! I must've needed them for sure. Hope to feel even better in the next couple days...

Re: Run, Run, 61.

PS I even did a 20 min gentle walk with dogs in between showers just to get some fresh air in the lungs and to get the blood flowing.
