Re: Run, Run, 61.Thanks kazmak, might have to google... and go back to the doctors as feeling that slight breathless dizzy feeling sitting on the couch which is telling me either low iron or low BP. Given that I feel okay when I exercise I am thinking its more likely to be BP but havent had my iron checked in awhile... have been having some vitamin tablets and molasses daily so hope its not low iron as dont know what to do if it is...
Did I read correctly? You did 5+1.5km? If so really well done....

Re: Run, Run, 61.I wish! I did week 3, day 1 of c25k which is about 26 minutes - plus 1.5 - about 3.8k in total. Starting to run longer sections so it feels good.

I'm back to refocusing on what I eat of until I can get this into full swing again... I'm still doing it! Just one of life's hiccups!!

Re: Run, Run, 61.I'm on my way to 5K! exercised 31min total, 8min running, 2.5min max run
Total exercise was 42 minutes this morning - did my 4km in 2 minutes less than last time so happy with that. Not happy that I then had to jump in the shower without doing any stretching to take hubby car to panel beater. I got to drive because I am the one who can get in the passenger side and climb across as the door won't open. Now my back is really sore - not impressed!
