Couple of things though - use double the amount of stock and cook for about an hour, not 10 minutes, or the rice and split peas don't cook and are still raw and crunchy. Didn't need the lemon or coriander on top at the end, but putting the tzatziki in was the icing on the soup, so to speak. |

Not sure if that really made a difference tho. |
