It seems to have slightly more calories & is probably not as nutritious, but not as bad as regular pasta. |

I will use brown rice vermicelli which I 'imported' from Singapore for $1 but not very much of it.... oh and btw, better to have wholemeal or high fibre wheat pasta if you are going to substitute - rice noodles are generally like white rice crackers - empty calories |
