Some great results.I've lost 200g this week, which I know isn't great, but I'm still very happy with. I didn't have a very good week last week - a lot of socialising and eating out. So, I was very happy to see, if I'm good most of the time, I can still enjoy eating out and not worrying too much about what I eat while I'm out and not put weight on. I've got two kilos to go until my goal of 75kg, and feel like I've definitely slowed down a bit in terms of my determination. I need to fire myself up again, get rid of those 2 kgs and then I can slow down. Here's to a better week, this week. Good luck to all. |

Now unless my scales have lost the plot they are telling me that I am down 2.5kg this week. I am very tired its 9pm and been a big 4 days. So maybe I did make a mistake reading them I have sworn not to hop on them until next Monday so we will find out then If in fact it was an aboration. If not that reading was 92.6kg which means from 1MKC and WIU I am 100g of loosing 20kg. Yeah! |

You are all an inspiration.Jayne- that is fantastic. I am hoping to lose between 20 and 25 all up. Lost 12.2 so far, so some way to go, but sure and steady wins the race, as they say. :) |
