My daughter is busy with HSC trials and so things do have to fit around her study and exam sessions. Hubby has taken over the cooking for the weekends - not always the best choices so I try to make the best choice for me when serving. Going for a facial now then working on next weeks eating plan . . . should feel nice and relaxed and hopefully inspired! Just hope I can get the scale readings down a little for Monday . . . |

Not going to find this week as easy as others - - really liked the easy to prepare lunches of left-overs, salads etc from previous menus. Not easy to cook lunch at work (school). Playing around with ideas this week. Also never really included snacks in the other challenges as I felt I didnt need them. This time around I am trying to have snacks and see if it helps with my very slow metabolism and ultimatly, the weight loss. Other than the headache that I have today, I feel fine ! Need to do some gardening and spring cleaning this weekend. Time to revamp and get ready for the Christmas holiday visitors - - - my daughter is coming over and I get to meet my granddaughter (she will be nine months and needs lots of granny hugs to make up for lost time!). |

What have I done differently - well only included some of the snack ideas. Still not to happy with the meal plan as lunches are a little bit of a problem re cooking or preparing them. Okay for hubby who has an hour break and comes home for lunch. Vegie garden is well on its way in preparation so hopefully we will reap the rewards come summer. Have daughters year 12 formal on Friday evening so will just try and make good food choices for dinner. (and be very very good over the weekend,) Hope everyone is having a good TTT challenge and seeing some downward movement on the scales. |
