Exercise and staying in shape doesn’t have to always have a cost involved! There are so many resistance exercises you can complete using just your own body weight, here are just a few:
- Squats
- Push ups
- Lunges
- Abdominal crunches
- Tricep dips
- Spiderman
- Oblique heel taps
- Walk lunges
Cardio exercise such as walking, running, high knee runs, stairs and hills don't require a cent, so get moving!!!
