In January 2012, 1 Million Kilo Challenge helped nearly 135,000 Australians take part in the biggest health and wellbeing initiative ever undertaken. Over 10 weeks, Aussies pledged to lose 1.65 million kilos from their collective waistline and raised nearly $140,000 for charity.

And so, back by popular demand, we're re-releasing the 10 week menu plan that helped motivate you to get organised, eat healthier and feel happier.
